Socioh and AI Shopping Feeds both put branded designs on catalogue ad images. They go about it in opposite ways. Socioh is a service: its team designs your catalogue creative with you and supports you through a dedicated Slack channel. AI Shopping Feeds is self-serve: you design in our editor and publish when you’re ready.

This comparison uses Socioh’s own website and Shopify App Store listing, listed under Sources, checked on 28 October 2026. Socioh’s site says it is rebranding as goodAds.ai. Socioh doesn’t publish a help centre, so some details of its product aren’t public, and we’ve left those out. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we’ll correct it.

The short version

Pricing

Socioh’s pricing page sets plans by your store’s monthly online revenue:

PlanMonthly online revenuePrice
StarterUnder $250k$1,100/month
Growth$250k to $800k$2,100/month
Scale$800k to $3.2m$3,500/month
EnterpriseOver $3.2mOn the page as from $5,000, and elsewhere from $2,500

The page gives both Enterprise figures, so ask Socioh directly. Its FAQs say there’s no free trial, but there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. Its FAQs also say it suits brands spending $30k or more a month on Meta catalogue ads.

AI Shopping Feeds publishes two plans. Growth is $29 a month ($279 a year) with 10 brands and 30 feeds, and Pro is $49 a month ($469 a year) with 100 brands and 300 feeds. Both allow up to 100,000 products per feed, include the DPA Creative Editor and have a 7-day trial. Rendering catalogue ad images doesn’t use credits; background removal does, after the first 50 photos in each feed.

The gap is large because you’re buying different things. Socioh’s price includes people: designers, quality checks and account support. Ours is software you use yourself.

How the creative gets made

Socioh starts with a creative call. According to its FAQs, the team then presents five to seven initial concepts, iterates on them with you, and runs a manual quality check on every product. Its site mentions hundreds of templates, a brand kit with your logo, colours and fonts, and rule-based mapping to show things like discounts, buy-now-pay-later options and ratings. Its FAQs say a first catalogue ad is usually running within two weeks.

AI Shopping Feeds puts the editor in your hands. You pick one of 43 starter layouts, or start blank, and change the text, shapes, images and colours. Seventeen placeholders pull in product data such as the title, price, sale price, discount and custom labels, and any layer can be shown only when a condition is true, so a sale badge appears only on discounted products. You preview with real products from your feed, then publish. There’s no design service, and the only AI in the editor is optional background removal on the product photo.

Formats and video

Socioh’s FAQs say it makes catalogue ads in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, with other sizes on request, and covers carousels, Stories and Reels. It also makes product-level videos from your catalogue.

Our editor lays each design out natively in square 1:1, portrait 4:5 and story 9:16, so nothing is stretched between sizes. We don’t make video.

Channels and feeds

Socioh lists Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and AppLovin. Its Shopify listing describes a broad set of feed features, including attribute mapping, custom rules, custom labels, multi-currency and multi-language, and its FAQs say it accepts feeds from Feedonomics and DataFeedWatch as well as XML, CSV and Shopify. We didn’t find Google Shopping mentioned on the pages we checked.

AI Shopping Feeds is a feed tool first. It imports from Shopify, a URL, FTP or a file, then lets you apply rules, run AI Product Optimisation on titles, descriptions and attributes, and check the result with the feed audit. Designed images go to Meta through our catalogue sync and to your feed URLs. Our Google Merchant Center sync always sends the original product photos, because Google doesn’t allow promotional overlays on main product images.

Which to choose

Socioh suits you if:

  • You spend significant sums on Meta catalogue ads and want specialists on it.
  • You’d rather brief a team than design yourself.
  • You want product-level video and a hands-on support relationship.

AI Shopping Feeds suits you if:

  • You or your team are happy to design catalogue ads in an editor.
  • You want to start for $29 a month, with a trial.
  • You also need feed management, AI optimisation and Google Shopping.
  • You manage several brands or feeds.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Socioh cost?

Socioh's pricing page lists plans by monthly online revenue: Starter at $1,100 a month (under $250k), Growth at $2,100 ($250k to $800k), Scale at $3,500 ($800k to $3.2m) and Enterprise above that. Its FAQs say there's no free trial but a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time users. Checked on 28 October 2026.

Is Socioh a self-serve tool?

Socioh describes itself as a partnership rather than a tool. Its FAQs describe a design service with a creative call, five to seven initial concepts, design iterations and a manual quality check on every product, plus a dedicated Slack channel for support.

Is AI Shopping Feeds a Socioh alternative?

For brands that want to design their own catalogue ads, yes, at much lower published prices. If you want a team to design and manage your catalogue creative for you, Socioh's service model is built for that, and AI Shopping Feeds is not.
