PolicyMeta's general-purpose rejection — the item violates some policy but the auto-reviewer hasn't specified which. Frustrating because the diagnostic is vague. Usually it's image policy, restricted content, or personal attributes, but the path to the right answer involves digging.
Pixel content_ids don't match catalog
WarningNot a formal Commerce Manager rejection — the catalog is healthy and items deliver. But pixel events report content_ids that don't match the id field in your feed, so Meta's algorithm can't link user behaviour to specific products. Performance suffers silently.
